Tonight is the night! I had originally planned for next Friday to be the last workout, but the last couple of weeks have been pretty sparse at the garage, so tonight will be the last regular workout. Thanks to everyone who has trained with us over the last 21 months. It has been fun and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know and coach every athlete that has come to the garage.
