Strength:
Back Squat 3 sets of 5 reps

WoD:
Every 30 seconds perform the following
-3 Burpees
-AMRAP Pullups
After you finish your 3 burpees, complete as many pullups as possible in the remaining time.   Do this every 30 seconds until you reach 50 pullups.
